Modular Buildings

Professional & flexible commercial offices

  • ATCO Structures Sales Branch

ATCO Structures utilised Modern Methods of Construction to manufacture their commercial office in Mulgrave, NSW, Australia. This flexible and extendable building provides offices, meeting rooms, amenities, kitchen,  indoor/outdoor breakout spaces, storage, and reception for the ATCO Structures sales and construction team.

The business achieved construction time and cost savings by choosing modular methods of construction (MMC) while maintaining the style and finish of a traditionally constructed building.

Modular buildings built for commercial purposes retained all the benefits of traditional construction with less site disruption. Off-site manufacturing of modules concurrently with installation site preparation provides approximately a 460% time-saving on construction time when compared to traditional construction methods.

Modular constructed commercial offices are manufactured using the same materials as traditional construction resulting in a state-of-the-art building with the longevity of a traditionally constructed building. Architectural fixtures, finishes, and features such as exterior cladding, seamless module and skirting joins, and glass partition walls achieve a modern architectural aesthetic.
