Balgowlah Suns Junior AFL Clubhouse Amenities
ATCO Structures designed, manufactured and installed a modern amenities building to replace the existing facility utilised by the Balgowlah Suns Junior AFL Club and the Northern Beaches community.
With a focus on accessibility and sustainability, the building was installed at ground level for seamless access and included a separate accessible toilet. A rainwater collection system was also installed to provide water for the toilets and showers, along with a heat pump for hot water.
Complete with high ceilings and coloured external cladding, the building includes a canteen, umpire and change rooms, toilet and shower facilities, and a storage area for sports equipment.
As a full turnkey provider, ATCO Structures completed the design, manufacture, civils, services, installation, and landscaping components of the project quickly and with minimal disruption to the community and club.
