ATCO was engaged by the Deparment to provide a turnkey solution for permanent modular classsrooms and administration facilities. Currently addressing long and s hort term needs of the shcool, the chalnnenging site required demolition and construction during school temr without loss of learning spaces.
The scope included asbestos removal, demolition, permitting certification, design, civil, fire services upgrades, installation, external construction, and all inground services reticulations.
ATCO simultaneously coordinated with relevant stakeholders to install decanting learning centres, whilst also delivering the permanent facilities.
