In July 2019, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck California, with its epicenter at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake. The damage rendered the military base "not mission capable". Our client, ECC-IAP Joint Venture is responsible for the re-construction project at the base, which will take three to five years and employ 3,000 workers.
Combining our expertise in structures and logistics services, and experience operating in California, we have provided two workforce housing facilities with operational support and turnkey camp services for up to 1300 people.

The neighboring China Lake Lodge comprises 90 dormitory modules and houses 450 workers contracted for the re-build. It also features a laundry facility, office, recreation center, and kitchen and dining facility to create a comfortable stay for guests.
