VERNON AFFORDABLE HOUSING RAPID RESPONSE TO HOMELESSNESS 

My Place is a 4-storey apartment building constructed out of 40 modular units manufactured at ATCO’s plant in Calgary, AB and complexed together on site in Vernon.  It will have 52 residential units with kitchenettes and bathrooms, a common dining room with commercial kitchen, lounge, medical office, laundry and reception. 

ATCO provided a complete turnkey design-build solution for the client by providing a fixed price contract for the design, supply, transportation, installation, construction and all work necessary to deliver the project including permits and approvals from authorities having jurisdiction.
