ATCO Structures & Logistics Business Unit's activities are conducted through two complementary businesses: Structures and Frontec. Together these businesses offer workforce and residential housing, innovative modular facilities, construction, site support services, workforce lodging services, facility operations and maintenance, defence operations services, and disaster and emergency management services.
ATCO Structures & Logistics Ltd. is 100% owned by ATCO Ltd. Structures is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta with wholly owned subsidiaries in the United States of America, Australia and Chile (ATCO Sabinco). Structures also owns a majority position of ATCO Espaciomovil, a modular company based in Guadalajara, Mexico and servicing Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
