Modular Buildings

O&M facilities designed for remote locations

  • Australia Pacific LNG O&M Facility

This custom-designed modular operations and maintenance building was designed and engineered by ATCO's in-house design team to present aesthetically as an in situ build.

The two office complexes and bathroom amenities block are connected by a central covered deck, creating a T-shaped building with a total footprint of 379.26 m². Architectural exterior cladding and a skillion and lean-to roof were utilised to make the aesthetically pleasing in situ build.

High-quality fixtures and finishes were used throughout, complementing the architecturally styled exterior, including spotted gum hardwood decking and recessed LED lighting.

The building modules were manufactured in Brisbane and transported to Biloela for installation by ATCO on client-provided footings. Finishing trades and building access was completed by ATCO before the client connected utilities, finishing off the underfloor skirting and landscaping.
